Bicycle frame fatigue simulations.
Before expensive molds are made, we can make a reliable estimation of whether your design will
pass practical fatigue tests and shorten the time-to-market.
Out of the NEN-EN 14764, 14766 & 14781 standards we developed several digital simulations.
For bicycle frames we provide:
4.8.3 Frame - Fatigue testing with pedaling forces. (Totally loaded frame while taxing the pedals)
4.8.4 Frame - Fatigue test with a vertical force (Seatpost test in which the frame is vertically
charged through the seat post)
